Service I own two older cadillacs which I service there and not at Herb Chambers because of the inconvenience of the distance. Emile the service advisor knows Caddies from the days the dealership was a Cadillac dealership. And Mike the technician is Cadillac-trained along with another upcoming tech. While the parts department isn’t geared to know all the exotic parts, their master computers can find any part still needed. So Bob Tasca III, figure out a way to convince Cadillac to,reopen up here. I know Chambers probably has the rights on area, but for those of us in far northern RI, our Cadillac franchises are Southern Warwick, Putnam Connecticut, Long in Framingham, or Diamond in Worcester. None of them are a pleasant or convenient ride, either for regular maintenance or emergency service. And Herb Chambers only body shop is up in Quincy Massachusetts, forget about visiting your car while it’s being repaired. More

A Qualified Recommendation Our salesman, Tom, was easy to work with. However, it was not appreciated that the first price he gave us was pretty much the sticker price, in spite of the fact that the newspaper had shown a price $4,000 less than that and we knew it....why waste our time and patience? We also didn't appreciate the fact that Tasca would not return our plates when they registered the new car; this resulted in our spending two hours or more between RIDMV and AAA just for a two minute exercise of returning the plates. Also for the past few months we have received mailings from Tasca and Buick that they would forgive up to 4 months of lease payments (we had four months left in our lease agreement); only after we arrived and were negotiating price were we advised that any such offer was no longer in effect...made us think that TASCA was looking to bleed us for every last cent! We would recommend TASCA again only on a qualified basis. More

Excellent Customer Service Took my Acadia Denali in for service appointment at 8am. The Asst. Service Manager (Mikayla) checked me in quickly, and when I told her I was waiting Took my Acadia Denali in for service appointment at 8am. The Asst. Service Manager (Mikayla) checked me in quickly, and when I told her I was waiting for the car, she immediately went out and pulled the car around to the service bays to expedite the process. She explained the service they were performing in detail, and answered all my questions. I was surprised when she came and told me they were finished. I was out the door in about an hour. Overall a great experience. More
