And the problem my car had was covered under warranty so I didn't have any out of pocket expenses besides my deductible. Because I live in Maine he sent several pictures and videos of the Yukon so I didn't have to drive to Rhode Island several times. My wife and I decided we wanted the vehicle due to being several thousand dollars less than everybody around here, so Tom arranged a night and stayed almost two hours later than closing time for the dealership.
