Buying a used car I bought a used Subaru from them for a great price. But was pressured to buy a top of the line warranty that I did not want, and was not even shown ot I bought a used Subaru from them for a great price. But was pressured to buy a top of the line warranty that I did not want, and was not even shown other warranty options. I tried to go back and get out of the warranty but they would not let me. I also tried to set up an appointment to have them check if anything needed to be done and was completely ignored. They also set the warranty to as low mileage as they could. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth and I would not buy a car from them again. More

When I called to verify the price and availability of this vehicle I spoke with Dave Stravato, who was professional, courteous, and personable. I gave him the stock number of the vehicle and he said he would call me back within a 15 minute time frame. Ten minutes later he called and informed me that the vehicle was still available and I could see the car that same evening at 5 PM. When I arrived Dave was waiting for me with the vehicle. Following the test drive, they evaluated my vehicle for trade in value subsequently deriving at a final price for the vehicle. Three hours later I drove the (detailed) car home.
