We were trading in my 2009 Jeep GC Limited and were thinking on switching to either a Terrain or Equinox. We couldn't find anything we really liked and was about to give up. The following day we gave it another shot, so we went to Tasca Buick GMC in Woonsocket, RI. Larry Quaglieri, our dealer, was extremely helpful and patient with our purchase and accommodations. There was no pressure in buying a vehicle, which that was a plus for us. He made it possible for us to get a vehicle we liked and be comfortable in not only physically, but financially. Anthony Castergini, in finance, worked his magic and was able to work with our budget and gave us the best financing available for us. We wound up getting a 2014 Jeep GC Limited, which we truly love. We had it for about a month now. I had to bring it back for a few minor things and Jim Corrente and the service team were very helpful & accommodating as well. We also appreciated the shuttle service. Everyone here at Tasca Buick GMC were nice and friendly. We ARE extremely satisfied with the purchase and experience! Great Sales Person (Dave) Dave Stravato was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy with us, took the time to show us the different amenities in the Acadia and was very friend Dave Stravato was a pleasure to work with. Dave was knowledgeable in the particular car we wanted, and made the trade-in of our old SUV seamless. We did go in on a Saturday afternoon so it did take a while to get all the paperwork ready, we spent about 2 hours at the dealership after picking out the car and signing the initial paperwork. I think it was because there was only one person working in the Finance department, but again it was a Saturday afternoon so that could be why. Once the paperwork in the Finance department was ready to go over and sign Matt took the time to go over our options and what all the paperwork was. He also didn't mind our girls touching everything in his office and telling him about Trolls and Moana. Overall it was a great experience, definitely more of a family atmosphere than the other dealership we have had experience with. More
