I made dale’s life easy with the purchase of my 2016 RAM 2500. Dale also made my experience smooth and painless. I looked at the truck online (autotrader) for a few days. I finally went to look at it after business hours at Tasca on a Thursday night. I fell in love with the truck so I decided to reach out and test drive it the next night. Dale was great he walked me around the truck we took it for a ride and we struck a deal that night. The truck heat was not working but Dale made sure to take care of it. I picked up the truck today Friday February 10th a week after I signed on the line. We went over the truck one more time and Dale himself pointed out 3 small rock chips in the windshield and without hesitation said he’d take care of it. We scheduled a day next week to have the windshield replace! Over all a great experience and will definitely be back for my dream Sierra Denali! Anyways, since having my car, I’ve noticed a lot of issues, and have had to go back to the dealership to get the battery changed after it died on me. I’ve reached out in regards to my concerns, but haven’t heard anything. Again, had the car for a month, and so many issues. Would I recommend Tasca? Sure. Would I purchase another vehicle from Tasca? Sure… However, it would be nice to get some help in regards to my concerns. More
