Very accomodating to customer's needs. I had an appointment on a snowy Saturday, To my surprise the service department was operating at full speed, There was only 1 cancellation. I forgot m I had an appointment on a snowy Saturday, To my surprise the service department was operating at full speed, There was only 1 cancellation. I forgot my wallet at home, and they allowed me to return home to retrieve it without losing much time. The customer waiting area was warm and inviting and everyone on the sales floor was friendly. There was Starbucks coffee and continental breakfast and sandwiches for free! I had a 1/2 donut and a great cup of coffee! I checked some pricing for parts at the parts counter, was given a printed quote and about a half hour later, he came back to me with a discounted quote saving quite a difference. He also talked to the mechanic that was working on my car to check why I needed the part. I was amazed that the mechanic was able to repair the part to temporarily hold it in place until Spring! I was very appreciative to them for doing this, especially at no charge! What more can I say except that they have earned my trust and have gained a new customer. More
Recall I was early and they still took it right in. Took shorter than expected and they even washed it. service My wife had a transmission problem on wednesday night. I immediatly called the service dept. and spoke with Emile. My wife explained what had happened and told him the problem dissappeared so she was able to drive the car home. Emile told me to bring the car in the next day.
