They do what is necessary to make it right! When prepping my pre-owned car for delivery, someone mistakenly bombed it with air freshener leaving an unbearable odor in the car when it was deliver When prepping my pre-owned car for delivery, someone mistakenly bombed it with air freshener leaving an unbearable odor in the car when it was delivered to me. They drove about 90 miles to pick it up and tried to remove the odor. When the first try was unsuccessful, they offered to refund my money but I really loved the car. So Jack Clagg, the GM, found a specialist in odor removal, again picked up the car, had the odor completely removed and redilivered the car to me smelling almost like new with no air freshener smell. The care and good cheer with which this was handled was extraordinary!! Everyone makes mistakes, but the way this was handled went way beyond what one would expect. Great management! Great service! Great attitude! More
