Becareful who you deal with From the time I walked into the dealership (10AM) it took over 6 hours to complete the transaction. After questioning him about it, the high rate magically was cut in half. Other customers who were in the waiting area for service, which was right next to the desk we were sitting at, came out to tell us that the finance guy screwed them on their purchase and to be careful with him. Obviously it's a common occurrence, which I experienced first hand. Trying to get a straight answer was non-existent until speaking with the sales manager Maximo Almanzar who was the only person who could. More
