Our experience buying a preowned precertified Hyundai Sonata at Hyundai of White Plains was outstanding! Before our purchase we had also visited a Toyota dealership and another Hyundai dealership and by Sonata at Hyundai of White Plains was outstanding! Not only were they friendly and knowledgable, we didn't feel as though they were trying to pressure us into a quick sale. Our first visit there, we explained what we wanted and test drove a car and we very much liked the vehicle. We had to make a decision between a Hyundai and a Toyota and we also are not ones to make a decision about such a big purchase on the spot. Tony and Jim were very gracious and didn't run a high pressure sales pitch on us. Perhaps they didn't think we would be back but we were! And the biggest reason that we were back instead of at the Toyota dealership was that we felt very comfortable at this Hyundai dealership. The used cars at Hyundai of White Plains were so clean and well kept and we were very much impressed with this. At another Hyundai dealership we visited, the cars were a bit shabby and the sales team didn't even seem like they wanted to sell us anything at all. Jim explained to us that they only take the best preowned cars to sell there and it really did show. We love our new car and with the precertification and 100,000 mile warranty we feel very confident that we made the best decision to purchase this vehicle. We will definitely be back for our next car, whether it be a new model or a preowned one. And we will send all of our friends to Jim and Tony the next time they are in the market for a new or used car. Can't say enough good things about our experience there.
