Hi my name is Ray and I wanted to say first and formost that this rating system is from 1-5 but I give these three guys a 10.5!!! These guys were on the same page though out the entire process from introduction and handshakes all the way till I drove off the lot. This is my first time at a dealership as all my cars have been second hand and I can tell you they set the standard for what a customer should expect. Jim and Paul new from top to bottom all the information one needed to make an educated decision on the vehicle best suited for them. No stone was unturned as far as information was concerned. It was as if they had a hand in the designing of these vehicles! I also absolutely can't forget to mention Phil who assisted me with great pricing on the lease. He worked his hardest to get me the right price for the right car and held tight to my "magic number" that was affordable for me. Just to show how good of an experience it was I wasn't the only one who walked out with a vehicle. My sister, brother and girlfriend all drove off in brand new Hyundai's the same day!!! If anyone is shopping for a Hyundai this is where you want to get it and they are the guys you want to talk to. If there was one thing I could ask for after all this, it would be that they be there in 36 months after my lease to put me in another Hyundai! I had visited another dealership before going to this one, and didn't expect much. The dealership itself is small, and unimpressive both from the outside and inside. There was no pressure to buy, and no obnoxious "what can I do to get you into a car today" type comments. They did a great job, and I'm very satisfied. More
I went in to to look for a new Elantara and no one would even take the time to greet or approach us when we went in April 2011. Probably thought that we were not going to buy when they looked at us. If you're trying to lease your car from them, beware, as these"good deals" that they will offer, are actually not as good. No matter what you want to buy, they will try to steer you into buying what they h these"good deals" that they will offer, are actually not as good. No matter what you want to buy, they will try to steer you into buying what they have available. Once you buy a car from them, you will not get as much help after the sale as you were getting at the time of sale. Prices, sometimes get jacked up, if a person wants to lease a car they would try to give them 5-year lease(crazy), would try selling you a car of a cheaper trim with all the possible options, but not the one customer is interested in(makes prices higher and options useless), and finally playing around with fees at the time of doing paperwork(discounts and rebates could be easily added somewhere else) and no promises would be recognised. Service department is good on the other hand. I would not buy from them, but service there. More
