I would absolutely recommend this dealership. My experience was better than my experiences at other car dealers. I am very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata. I did a lot of research and test-drove a wide array of different cars. The overall experience can be overwhelming and time consuming; however, I learned a lot about automobiles and the overall car market. In the end, I I purchased the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and at a price that was very fair. My thanks to the Hyundai dealership for making it happen. Paul Suschinsky is a terrific salesman to work with because he is very professional, honest and isn't pushy. If he doesn't know the answer he'll find out; he always gave me a straightforward answer, which is how it should be. Moreover, Paul would always return my calls or emails in a timely manner. As a consumer it helps to know what you’re looking for, however, Paul and the staff made the experience a very pleasant one. The Sales Manager was also terrific to work with; he helped out when Paul was wrapping up with another customer. In fact the entire staff was very respectful and professional. My Dad and I took a test drive in a new Santa Fe with Phil on June 19th. Phil had a great trip planned for us which included both city and highway driving. Phil knows Hyundais inside and out. We traded in my 03 Jeep Liberty and I feel I received a very fair price for it. Jamie took over the financing part of the transaction and he too really knows his stuff. Everything went very smoothly and by Monday the 20th I was off and running in my new Hyundai. It is a pleasure to drive and was absolutly spotless. Phil took me through the car with a fine tooth comb and showed me how everything works. Who needs an owners manual when you have Phil! He even synched my phone for me. More

I am a "high maintenance" customer and I must say that every question I raised and concern I had was answered and handled competently and fully. I was especially impressed with the preparation of the Sonata I selected, the way everything was transferred from the vehicle I traded, and the care exercised in showing me all aspects of operating my new vehicle. I have already urged a neighbor of mine, who admired my new Sonata, to visit my friends at Hyundai of White Plains. More
The service department is excellent. Nick was very pleasant to deal with. The service at 30,000 mile was explained to what needed to be done. I arrived @ 10:00 am for my 10:15 am appointment and was t pleasant to deal with. The service at 30,000 mile was explained to what needed to be done. I arrived @ 10:00 am for my 10:15 am appointment and was taken right in. I was told the service to the car would be ready about 1:00pm. At 12:45 the service was complete including a free car wash. The dealership is the friendly place starting with the salesman right to the service department. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! More

I had an awesome experience at White Plains Hyundai with a great group of guys. I was helped out in every way by Jim and Tony. Jim explained and went over everything with me about the car, service, and gene a great group of guys. I was helped out in every way by Jim and Tony. Jim explained and went over everything with me about the car, service, and general questions I had. He was always kind and thoughtful. It was as if I was his only customer and he treated me with such respect and generosity. He even picked me up from my job to bring me to the dealership the day I picked up the car. Tony was also excellent. He helped me out and helped me understand the pricing and deals that Hyundai was offering. He also was a genuine guy and was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Rick was also a great help. He was very kind as well and seemed to be very caring about each and every customer he was dealing with. Jim, Tony, and Rick were all excellent and I will undoubtedly refer anyone to White Plains Hyundai for great cars, but most of all for great guys like Jim, Tony, and Rick. More
This is our 3rd Hyundai vehicle purchase. We went back to the dealership who sold us the first 2 but the gentleman who greeted us was quite rude, so we left. I researched dealerships on line and although Hyundai of White Plains is 65 miles away, we were willing to travel because of their reputation. Jim Pelka was a pleasure to deal with as was Tony Fenelli. They offered us the best deal possible without having to haggle.
