Communication POOR I had problems on the first day that I purchased the car. Stacey Hall handled the situation very well and brought the car back. On the 7th day back in their service department, I called and asked to speak to the General Manager to try to expedite getting my car back. I left a message on the voice mail of a "Bob Stasek" phone. That same day, my car was returned to me completely repaired. I never did get a return phone call and felt completely ignored by the upper management in trying to resolve my issue. I love the car. It's running great, and the price was right. More

I went to my local Chevy dealer and they just didn't care for my business. I decided to go back to Bill Stasek Chevy since I had a positive experience in the past. I am so glad that I made the drive to this Chevy dealer. Our sales consultant Peter Hueser took excellent care of us. He was very patient and very informative. He really took his time to make sure I got what I wanted to fit by budget and what would be best for me. He was never pushy or forcing any deal to me, which as a buyer is a great feeling. He also took time to set up my on star and throughly explained how every part of my car works in great detail. My experience at Bill Stasek with Peter was wonderful. I will definitely recommend him and be back in the future to purchase more cars. This is exactly what car shopping should be, with excellent service and leaving happy. I am so happy with my 2015 Chevy Malibu LT. More

Shocked by lack of customer service Bill Stasek, you have lost a customer. I brought my 2005 Trailblazer in for service on a wheel backing plate and front headlamp. The car was run Bill Stasek, you have lost a customer. I brought my 2005 Trailblazer in for service on a wheel backing plate and front headlamp. The car was running fine when I left it with the service department and when I picked it up it was starting and running extremely rough and loud. Bill Stasek's service manager Dean was defensive saying it "wasn't their responsibility" and must have been bad timing. He wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee to look at the problem caused while my vehicle was in their care and would not work with me. I have been a happy Chevy owner and customer of Bill Stasek for years and was so completely shocked by their lack of customer service and defensive "it's not me" attitude that I will never return and take my business elsewhere. Business must be so good that customer service is not important at Bill Stasek and I will gladly pay a diagnostic and repair fee to someone who cares about their customers. More
