The On Star reception on my 2023 Malibu was erratic. As it turned out I needed a new antenna for my car. A new antenna was ordered and installed. It's been several days since installation and the system appears to be working fine. As usual, everyone in the service department is friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lounge area is excellent although there still aren't any doughnuts. Oh well, I guess you can't have everything. I'll just have to settle for their courtesy and excellent service.
