The Tasca family is now a fourth generation family owned and operated business, one of the oldest in the nation. We’ve grown to include Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, Volvo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac. We have locations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Missouri. Racing is still a very large part of our lives with Bob Tasca III piloting the Motorcraft/Quicklane NHRA Nitro Funny at over 330 MPH and Carl Tasca, Sr. racing his record-setting Ford Cobra Jet at events across the country. While we will continue to grow, we remain committed to the timeless values and principles of our founder. We are grateful to the members of our team who work so hard on a daily basis to serve our customers. I apologize if there was a miscommunication regarding the pricing on the truck that you and your wife were interested in purchasing. Once we changed to purchasing your leased vehicle, the added remaining payments on your current leased vehicle were taken out of the deal. As we discussed on the phone and what I texted you: The MSRP is $63,740 on the truck. Our price was $53,100 with rebates for a discount of $10,640. Employee pricing would be $54,694 including a $3000 bonus cash offer for a discount of $9,046. The price with rebates is a better deal for you of $1600. As a sign of goodwill I hope you take advantage of the special deal I offered you because of the miscommunication. We look at what is the best deal for the customer and on this truck it’s going with the rebates that are available. We always give our customers the best choice. The Ram website shows an example of a $73,072 MSRP with an employee price of $65,165, with a $3000 bonus cash, it would be a total discount of $10,907. Employee pricing differs depending on the vehicle. I’m sorry that the numbers weren’t explained more clearly and hope this explains better the deal we offered you.
