Then Nelly arrived, before he even had a chance to set his stuff down he was running across the room to greet me with a huge smile and answer any questions I may have had. While this would have been enough to impress me I was awed by his hard work and dedication to meeting my needs throughout the process. I was on a tight timeline due to afternoon obligations for work and Nelly was literally running through the parking lot to meet this. He even managed to win over my father who has been an engineer for 35 years and actually was crawling under the car with Nelly to ask him technical questions about the undercarriage.
