They completed the work that needed to be done in a timely manner and covered it under their warranty. They were also able to give me a loaner vehicle so I could get to work. One improvement that could be made is keeping the customer updated on their vehicle. I had to call at the end of a business day to find out the repair that needed to be made on my vehicle after dropping it off in the morning. Other than that great service. Ken was great. More

Dave Lachina was our sales consultant who was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us purchasing the perfect car. The GM, Doug Magliozzi, was more than accommodating ensuring we get the best price and a great car. They also offered us a loaner until the car registration was complete. The fact that this dealership processed all the paperwork (finance, registration, plates) and I didn't have to do anything but drive the car away was so helpful! Tried everything to not sell me a car So I just left from my second visit looking at the same Durango. My first visit last week left me with a bad taste in my mouth because my wife and I b So I just left from my second visit looking at the same Durango. My first visit last week left me with a bad taste in my mouth because my wife and I both brought our vehicles down because we wanted to trade two vehicles for one that does it all. We were there for two hours stating our time constraints with my 2 year old bedtime and yet the sales manager couldn't be bothered to look at our cars for a trade in value. I left bothered but returned today with only one car to talk more about the car. Today I find that my saleman Sean is trying to talk me out of the car whenever he can. Tells me the online price isn't what the car sells for, tells me they don't want to put my truck on the lot to resell even though it's in good shape and I purchased it there under 2 years ago. Then has the audacity to ask me to return a 3rd time to look at our other car that i already brought to have appraised. These guys can pound sand if they think I'll ever buy a car from them again. I worked for herb chambers and hated it but the deal on my last truck couldn't be passed up but I know now it was just a fluke. They're just as bad as I thought. Don't bother getting prices online. They won't stand behind them. More
