I called the Metro Jeep dealership on a Monday after having a very bad experience with Bald Hill Jeep. I set up an appointment to test drive the new 2014 Jeep Wrangler on Sunday at 3:00 pm. My wife and I, arrived at the dealership and were treated like we were family. We discussed what we wanted, the price we were willing to pay and our amount we wanted for our trade-in. Within 30 minutes we were on the exact page we wanted to be on. I was about to drive a wrangler and they stopped me. Wayne stated the actual vehicle I wanted was there and they were presently getting it off the delivery truck for us. We test drove the vehicle a few miles and knew it was what we wanted. I talked with Jeff in the parts department concerning extras we wanted and made appointments for installations. Next we went into Duarte's(Duey) office signed the papers for less than we had agreed upon to our surprise. We actually had fun the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend the Metro Jeep Dealership! More

Only problem with that was Chad didn't know I had spoke to Lauren on the phone less than an hour ago. I called BS Ryan the sales manager on then and walked out before my blood boiled out of my ears. These people should have their dealer affiliations removed by the manufacturer. Would bike to work in a blizzard instead of buying a car from these DB's. Bunch of sleazebags More
I would just like to say, Metro Motor Group out of Johnson, RI. has a very deceptive way of getting you on to their lot. The pricing they post on Cars.com, Autotrader.com, and their own website, are false. I contacted them about a car they are advertising on this site and their own for $11,000. I called, discussed a possible price for the car which was lower than that ($9,500), I was told it was feasible and I went to the dealership, and I proceeded to test drive and started talking numbers, they told me the price online ($11,000) was actually a $2,000 less than they actually sell it for and expect that $2,000 in cash or trade. No where on any site does it state they are expecting that. So actual price of said car is $13,000. Deceptive if you ask me. More

They lost the title to my truck and could not register it. They had to give me a junk rental. I found title in with my paperwork in truck. Didn't make good on deal made of turning on GPD...$600 Had a scratch in divers window glass that noticed when I got truck home. They said Ram would not repair it. I had to have another dealership repair it at no cost to me. They said they couldn't find the vehicle I wanted. I found it on the internet 20 miles away. Truck not delivered when promised AFTER I signed paperwork. Had to go a day with no vehicle to drive. The list actually goes on & on. These are just the highlights. More

I recently took a trip to Metro Dodge in search of a newer used car, sales associate Juan Carlos Arango is the man to see ! I am writing this review to express my great appreciation for Juan. When arriving at Metro I was in dire need of a new safe and reliable car. Juan spent 3 days searching for the perfect fit for my budget and area of needs. Juan is hands down one of the best salesman Metro has. He is kind, understanding, extremely hard working and very polite. He works his hardest to achieve satisfaction for the customer and places their needs above all else when making an agreement. I liked the fact that I did not feel pressure to make a decision. Juan made me feel extremely comfortable and that my needs were a priority. I presented particular challenges that were met with a smile and a handshake. In the end I am more than pleased with my new truck and pleased with the attentiveness, dedication and efforts of the team I worked with. For my deal, not only was Juan, but the whole Metro team outstanding! I would highly recommend anyone to Juan Carlos when shopping for a car. He is an outstanding salesman and a true gentleman. He has an incredibly successful career ahead of him in sales. More
I went to Metro Dodge Chrysler Jeep after I found a used car on Cars.com. I spoke with Franco on the phone, and haggled a price for the vehicle I was interested in. After he discussed it with his manager, Ryan, we agreed on a price, so I made an appointment to come in for a test drive. The next day, Franco called to confirm, and I reiterated the price we agreed on, verified the stock number of the vehicle, and reminded him that this was a cash deal with no trade-in. I asked him kindly to not have me come up there if they weren’t going to honor the deal. He assured me that all was in order and I should ask for Ryan upon my arrival. Once I got there, I asked for Ryan, but Wayne came to my assistance. He took down my information, and I apprised him of the deal we struck on the phone. He got the car, we went for a test drive, and once we arrived back at the dealership, I, once again, reminded him of the price point we agreed on. He fled to the back for approximately fifteen minutes, and returned only to have a price that was much higher than the one we agreed on. I asked to speak to either Franco or Ryan, but, of course, neither was available. I expressed my dissatisfaction that they lied and he responded, “I didn’t lie to you.” As if it makes a difference who at their dealership was untruthful. They had no intention of honoring this deal, which would have been fine if they just told me before I drove all the way up there. I am a mother of four children, working a full-time job, and doing the books for my husband’s busy summer business. They had a complete disregard for me as a customer, for the value of my time, and for the cost of the fuel it took me to drive there. I would never deal with Metro Motor Group and the Grieco’s should be ashamed at the lack of integrity of their sales force. More

Then my friend told me she bought a Jeep off Brian Mackie at Metro Chrysler Jeep Dodge at 1667 Hartford Ave in Johnston RI, She said she had the best experience at a car dealership, she than gave me Brian's business card. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Brian who was very friendly, Right away he showed me the 2013 Dodge Dart SXT. From what I told him on the phone he picked out the EXACT one I wanted! color and everything! When he pulled the car around he opened all the doors, hood, and trunk. He was very informative and knew a lot about the Dodge Darts! When we got back from the test drive we got down to the numbers. After going back and forth we were a little ways away and I thought we couldn't come to a deal. Then Brian came over with his Manager Brandon Debarros, after talking with Brandon who was very nice, he understood what I was trying to accomplish and they left to go run the numbers and when they came back Brian handed me the keys to my brand New Car! Both Brian and Brandon made what used to be a hassle into a Great Experience. I would recommend everybody to go see Brian at Metro Chrysler Jeep Dodge! More

I was hesistant to come here from some not so nice reviews I read but they DID have the exact grand cherokee I wanted. I came in an worked with Kristy. Very straight forward and nice person who even got me a hot coffee. I must say I was highly impressed with the presentation of the vehicle. When we walked outside she had opened up ALL THE DOORS THE HOOD AND TRUNK! She made a joke that it looked like a transformer and that made me laugh!! Buying a car is not something I look forward to but I must say it was different this time. I met the Sales Manager Ryan who I was told to ask for by Nicole who I spoke with earlier to make sure my EXACT WHITE CHEROKEE was there. I am so glad I did not have to drive far and felt comfortable enough to drive it home that day, which is something I normally do not do. I would recommend Metro Chrysler Jeep Dodge and ask for Kristy. I even received a hand written Thank You note from her that made me feel like i was not 'just a sale'. Thanks METRO!! More
