Would not recommend for service I attempted to give this dealership a second chance after an awful lease experience figuring their service department may be better. I was disappointe I attempted to give this dealership a second chance after an awful lease experience figuring their service department may be better. I was disappointed. Your on-line scheduling system does not work as I had requested the annual mileage service as suggested in the car manual along with tire rotation, oil change, they did not have this on file. they only had "oil change" despite me receiving a confirmation email and text message that my request had been received and appointment made. There was no specific service manager that kept you abreast of changes and updates and the time frame for completion was lacking (at first I was told by lunch time and when I asked them to clarify I was told anytime after 12pm but by 4pm, and when asked if I should come back at 4pm, I am told "we will call you". 2pm rolls around with no update, I call and I am told "end of day" when asked to clarify the time I am told "we checked with the mechanic and definitely by 5pm", and again asked if I should be there at 5pm I am told "we will call you". This is not acceptable and I have never experienced this level of uncertainty in my 18 years of owning and needing to have my vehicles serviced for ROUTINE maintenance. I was lucky enough to have someone I know who works there and asked them to follow up for me with the actual mechanic working on my car for a time frame and got a totally different response for a time frame. it is sad I had to contact someone else to get an answer and I had more appropriate interactions after they knew I know someone who works in the dealership. I will not be utilizing this dealership for further vehicle service needs. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this dealership for service. I feel the management needs to take a close look at customer satisfaction and their online scheduling service. I have had better experiences with other dealerships. If I had a better experience I might have been swayed to continue to utilize for service. More
