2017 Ford Flex purchase Matthew handed over the sale to Jen and Jennifer when he went on vacation. He was very clear about his role and who would be taking over for him. Jen and Jennifer followed through excellently, even though UPS destroyed the paperwork once, and the RMV was filled out wrong when the car was delivered to Mass. The driver (I don't remember his name) was very patient with the issue, and the Mass DMVs re-boot. After 3 hours at the DMV the first day, he came back the next day with the corrected forms and spent another 3 hours at the DMV to register the car for us. The staff coach me about what they found during routine maintenance and what to do to fix those potential problems. This is the best staff I encountered in my lifetime !!! More
