Disappointed Bought a used 2016 Explorer with 18k miles on it last April. The tires on the car had questionable tread and one had a gouge in the sidewall and a ding on the wheel. We said we would give them the asking price to buy the vehicle if they replaced the one wheel and four new tires. After much back and forth they agreed. After 14k miles the tread is down to the wear bars. I don't believe that these tires were new and I don't believe legally that they can replace with used tires. We should have gotten what was agreed to verbally written into the sales contract. DISAPPOINTED! More
