Customer service repair shop My friend had brought his ford to the repair shop to have a belt put on his car. They did a diagnostic check and the air conditioner condenser was fro My friend had brought his ford to the repair shop to have a belt put on his car. They did a diagnostic check and the air conditioner condenser was frozen. They said it would be at least $2800 to fix it and said it wasn’t worth fixing and suggested to sign the title over to pay for the bill that occurred when it was there. Then one employee there asked if he could buy the car. He decided he didn’t want to give the car away like that. So we went to the dealership and payed the bill. They overcharged him and left his battery dead knowing we were going to drive it back without a serpentine belt. They only gave us a jump box to get it started. Wanted to charge him over night to charge the battery they drained. Didn’t have the courtesy to fully charge the battery knowing we had to drive the car back that way. Very unprofessional by not changing the battery even after we asked them and they just gave a jump box. This battery was very new and they drained it on purpose because he didn’t give them the title. This man is 81 years old. They tried taking advantage of him. They would have if it wasn’t for me helping him. More

Bought my Jeep at Tasca Ford Gerry was awesome!! I drove an hour to come look at a car, but ended up with an even better deal - a 2006 Jeep Sport that is spectacular. He answered Gerry was awesome!!
