We bought a 2015 Ford Escape this weekend. Jen Robey was so wonderful in helping us find the right vehicle with the right features (dark interior and 4 wheel drive). She sat with me while I texted my husband stock numbers so he could check online. She's was wonderful to work with and sat and chatted with us while we waited for paperwork to be finalized. Quick , Courteous and helpful. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new Ford dealership to continue my schedule maintenance of my Ford Mustang. I went online to sched I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new Ford dealership to continue my schedule maintenance of my Ford Mustang. I went online to schedule an appointment and discovered I could bring my car in to the Tasca Ford Berlin in two hours. I was surprise to get an appointment that quick. When I brought my car in I explained I was transferring my service from Stamford Lincoln-Ford and needed a schedule maintenance on my vehicle. After initial check in, he told be is would be about a couple hours. Not bad for a 50,000 maintenance schedule, flush transmission and clean batteries connections/terminals. A little after 2 hours the car was done. Upon finishing up paperwork the technician also informed of what to expect my next scheduled maintenance and estimated cost. I really like that so when I come again I wont expect any surprises in what needs to be done. More
