Not a problem, they had two other trucks in our sons price range. Robin helped us find the right match, she was very tuned in to his budget needs, questions, concerns. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she is selling. We found her well versed in all aspects of her companies departments, and helped to make the buying experience flow smoothly from test driving through loan application and procuring insurance. Truth always comes out in the end. I went in to test drive a used vehicle. After the test drive I told the sales guy I wanted to take a day or two to think about it knowing very well it I went in to test drive a used vehicle. After the test drive I told the sales guy I wanted to take a day or two to think about it knowing very well it could sell in the meantime. He kept reiterating what I already knew. Anyways, his pressure tactics worked and I was stupid enough to sign the paperwork. Lucky for me I didn't give them any money that day. I get home, give it some thought, and realized I just wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. I email the sales guy letting him know I changed my mind. Judging from his response, I'm guessing he was annoyed. He insinuated that I "wasted" his time and went on about how he doesn't make money if he can't sell. Honestly not my problem. You chose to be a car salesman. I also have reason to believe he lied to my face just so he can "connect" with me on a personal level. Not to mention they gave me a low ball offer on my current vehicle. I have zero regrets backing out of the deal like I did. More
