Was quick and painless I appreciate the large inventory selection for commercial vehicles. Jen was very helpful, patient and followed up well. I also appreciate that I could come in and buy a truck quickly all within one afternoon! I think the prices of the trucks are competitive. My critique is that there were discrepancies in the cost of gap insurance on the contract. I think all costs above purchase price should be better disclosed before signing of the contract. I also don’t feel like I was guided well on the financing in regards to choosing an interest rate from an outside bank versus taking the full rebate and financing through Ford. I felt a bit rushed. I came. I saw. I bought! I went to a local dealership to see what I could expect. They didn't have the 2017 Mustang GT I wanted in stock. Found it and could get it in with a $ I went to a local dealership to see what I could expect. They didn't have the 2017 Mustang GT I wanted in stock. Found it and could get it in with a $3K deposit if buying. And shipping. I didn't like to deal they offered me so upon thinking about it. I looked around. And as luck would have it. That exact car was 45 minutes away. Over $4000 dollars cheaper than they offered it to me for. And, No shipping cost. Plus rebates. Thanks to Robin's caring and knowledgeable assistance, extra rebates were found. Stephen, with financing I could live with for the car I really wanted. A base 17 Mustang GT with the 6 spd GT perf pkg. Not every buyer wants a premium. Or the price it brings. Just the great looks and performance please. Robin was marvelous all around, and when I replace my winter vehicle, I'll talk to her to see what can be purchased. The dealership feels like a friends or family place, more than a retail transaction depot. As a side note. They found and resolved an issue in my aunts 13 Focus that the starting dealership couldn't resolve in 4 years and several complaints and visits. All I asked for was could they do a scan. On a Sat unscheduled. They test drove it, scanned it. And said we can do this. See you in 4 days. And it was done. That speaks volumes on this establishment and their people. Thank you Tony. More

Very Satisfied I called the parts department on a Saturday morning to inquire about having a spare ignition key made up for my daughter's '07 F150. They said come I called the parts department on a Saturday morning to inquire about having a spare ignition key made up for my daughter's '07 F150. They said come right down with the vehicle and they would take care of it. Between the service and parts crew, they cut and programmed a new key and had me out the door in less than 45 minutes. Very thrilled with the friendly and professional fast turn around especially on the day before Christmas eve. More
