Very nice, not the classic salesman pitch, listened to us! We wanted to take a test drive on a 2006 Ford Escape. My son and I came in and we were greeted by Neb!! Neb was great! Smile on his face and he lis We wanted to take a test drive on a 2006 Ford Escape. My son and I came in and we were greeted by Neb!! Neb was great! Smile on his face and he listened to what we wanted and what we had to say. He didn't push other cars that were not in our price range. We understand that Neb is a salesman and that's how he earns his money, but he wasn't pushy. We couldn't test drive the vehicle out of the dealership so we drove it around. Not the test drive we wanted. There were some things that we know need to be fixed, but they vehicle had not even been in the shop. It was just brought in. We came back when we could test drive it and the car was nice an clean, I must say. But we know it needed work underneath. We also noticed a really bad squeak coming from the back. Just couldn't figure it out. We wanted to bring it to our mechanic and Neb said SURE! They have nothing to hide. I was surprised, but even more surprised when Neb and "Eric?" I think, brought the car to our home! So cool!! My husband and son brought it to our mechanic thought it was a really good car and we should probably get it. So we brought it back the next day and put a "payment" down. We still were concerned about the squeak. My husband had ideas and they seemed to work. He passed this to Tasca Ford Service Manager, Shawn. Shawn was able to fix the squeak and work on the rear passenger side lock switch that didn't work. We didn't notice this before. But they fixed it. So my so is driving the car and took it back to college and he loves it! He has gotten used to the 2006 Ford Escape and it's great for him. Our insurance didn't really go up that much and we know we have a great vehicle. We want him to be safe. Neb was a great salesman and we met other people there too. Easton was very nice and we even met someone who I don't know his name but he loved the Washington Redskins! He just made our day! So nice and funny! So a big thank you to Neb for always keeping us informed of everything. We really appreciated that! He was so nice and receptive and that's what we like!! And this is our first Ford! Thanks very much! And Neb and I took a nice photo....too bad the car is not in it!! lol !! More

Great Service Dept. I have had my vehicle into Tasca for oil changes, etc but the last service was a transmission problem which ended up being a new transmission literall I have had my vehicle into Tasca for oil changes, etc but the last service was a transmission problem which ended up being a new transmission literally being put into my car. They were very upfront and told me that it would be atleast 3wks before they could look at it. Shawn Sweeney kepted me updated as to the progress of my vehicle and if they had started the transmission work or not. As I had been in a rental car since my vehicle was towed into Tasca- the service manager made sure that the rental would be covered under the Ford Warranty which it was. Overall, I cannot say enough about the Service Dept. at Tasca Ford- they go above and beyond for the customer. I am very confident in bringing my vehicle to Tasca Service and trust them totally with fixing my vehicle. More
