The entire process went well. Long story short, I haven’t had the best luck with Tasca Ford in the past, including sales and service. It got to the point that I was bringing my three ford vehicles to a different dealership, close to 40 Ford in the past, including sales and service. It got to the point that I was bringing my three ford vehicles to a different dealership, close to 40 minutes from my home rather than making the 15 minute drive to Berlin. With the recent brake problem on my vehicle I decided to utilize Tasca since I was in a bind. After some time of trying to get through to the service department via phone, you took my call and helped diagnose the possible problem. When I arrived to the dealership, you got me in and out as quick as possible and made me feel like I was your only customer. You got my truck in and fixed faster than expected. Mike was honest, helpful, and personable and have renewed my faith with Tasca and will definitely be back based on my interactions with Mike. More
