Going to Bat for you instead of giving up!! I have never had the service I had at Tasca, even prior to this at Tasca. We worked together to get the warranty company to cover repairs that were so obviously covered to everyone but them. She found me a rental at the last minute, she met every one of my needs and expectations. Tasca should do everything possible to make sure she never leaves "Cough...Raise...Cough"... ;) Even when my check engine light came on two days later for a totally unrelated problem, she somehow squeezed me in before the weekend to get it fixed. The other parts of service are also exceptional. Great waiting area, huge quiet and accommodating. Shuttle service to and from the dealer were quick with very little wait time. More

I purchased my vehicle used from another dealership in October with a slew of problems at 17,000 miles. I now have 45,000 miles 9 months later. I’m there quite frequently as a loyal customer to have my fluids changed and my services performed. Carl Maratta and the service team does an outstanding job from my point of view. He got the right Tech on it and I was very happy with the results. The service advisors and technicians are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Because the options I wanted was not available on any lot the next step was to place a factory order. After building on line I brought the information to Tasca in Berlin CT. The tasca team was very helpful and explained the entire process from start to finish. Because this was a factory order time was needed to build and deliver. Along the way my sales consultant kept in contact with me providing updates and information along the way. I finally picked up the vehicle on 7/5/19 and could not be happier. All paperwork was in place and a seamless transaction made this experience the best ! I would highly recommend Tasca Berlin to anyone in need for a new or used car.
