Service: Estimate of repairs I came in for a diagnosis of an A/C problem, Jennifer greeted me and researched my vehicles history and extended warranty for me. I was given an estim I came in for a diagnosis of an A/C problem, Jennifer greeted me and researched my vehicles history and extended warranty for me. I was given an estimate for the work needed and a match price for a set of tires. I did call after leaving the dept.with a question and I wasn't called back, this is reason for the price of service being average.. The price of the estimate and the price that I was questioning was a difference of approximately $500.00? I would have returned with the car to have the A/C repaired if we agreed on a price, but I have now ordered the parts and arranged for the A/C system to be evacuated and recharged, the repairs will be done by myself. I am a retired ASE Master Certified technician and I am will to make my own repairs. Sincerely Rocky Kopylec More

Bought a $73k raptor from another dealer I went to tasca ford 2 Wednesday’s ago around 10am with plans on buying the blue raptor in stock. Walked around the truck took a few pics and no one c I went to tasca ford 2 Wednesday’s ago around 10am with plans on buying the blue raptor in stock. Walked around the truck took a few pics and no one came out to see me. So I pull my White tundra up to the showroom and walk in. The receptionist was on her cell phone and didn’t notice me. I walked around the showroom sat in the white mustang and watched 4 salesman just hanging out eating breakfast at there desks in the showroom. NOT 1 PERSON EVEN SAID HELLO TO ME. After a few min went back to my truck and watched the salesman drinking his coffee while watching me sit in my truck. Needless to say I bought a $73k raptor from Shaker ford and drove it home that day. Not only did you lose a sale but lost out on a AWSOME trade a 2014 Shelby GT 500 with 3k on it (that I owned outright). I don’t know if your sales staff thought I couldn’t afford it (I was wearing jeans and a gas xxxxxx garage sweatshirt)or maybe they thought I was buried in the tundra (which had nothing to do with transaction). Maybe your sales staff is independently wealthy and didn’t need my sale. Needless to say as a big dealer you lost a sale and service customer. Word of mouth is huge and it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still talking about this. Better luck next time I guess. More
