Poor experience with service center I bought a brand new 2014 Ford focus. This particular model has transmission issues. While under warranty Ford stated that they had corrected the issu I bought a brand new 2014 Ford focus. This particular model has transmission issues. While under warranty Ford stated that they had corrected the issue, but the issue kept reoccurring. During my last attempt to get this issue resolved I worked with service manager Dan Pratt and Tony modeling. Both informed me that they would assist me in my issue and would be people I could count on since I was a bit frustrated with this ongoing issue. They did they not return numerous phone calls and emails and it wasnt until I had to go to the dealership that I finally spoke with Dan Pratt. He at first acted like he was unaware of the issue and then stated it was a bad part. Lastly he said there was nothing he could do and I would have to call Ford customer service to escalate after he originally reached out to them. When I called Ford customer service there was no record that Mr. Pratt had called. I will not go back to this Tasca after this experience More

waste of time Twice now with two different vehicles, i called and emailed on both vehicles both times i get " yes we have it come on down" BOTH times i get there wi Twice now with two different vehicles, i called and emailed on both vehicles both times i get " yes we have it come on down" BOTH times i get there within hours and i sit there for 10 minutes while the salesman runs around the floor searching for the keys, I hear the other sales man"oh that has been sold for awhile" then i get "oh looks like we sold it we have other trucks/cars if you want to take a look at them" $10,000.00 more then the one i was looking at Ya no thanks... if you plan on going there to look at a car call and make them physically look for the keys or car. The first vehicle i looked at 1 month later is still up on websites like autotrader and carguru unbelievable... More

If you don't pay listed price I looked at a used car here and made a deal at a lower price then they had it listed for. I was not able to get to my bank that day.They would not tak I looked at a used car here and made a deal at a lower price then they had it listed for. I was not able to get to my bank that day.They would not take a deposit to hold the car.That evening the sales person called and left a voice mail to let me know that another sales person had previously shown the car and that person was coming in and that sales person was going to sell the car that night.( I saved the voice mail) Word of warning if you make a deal for less then the sticker price have your money ready to pay for it because if you wait and they have a chance to sell it for more they will! More
