The 2nd experience was great, but communication and preparedness is KEY -- there was a lack of preparedness for our visit and the (car) service promised a few days before was not readily available. 2018 F150 Stopped in around September of 2017 to look into a new truck. Shopped around for a couple months, got some good offers, but I knew I wanted to work with Jen again. Went back to Tasca in the middle of May of 2018, and spoke with another sales person who just wanted to make a sale and took a very long time to meet my needs. This was my first time buying a new vehicle like this, and there was a clear difference in quality of service. A few weeks later I went back and asked to work with Jen, She walked me through the whole process of what I was looking for, not one ounce of sales pressure. Very laid back, very personable and understanding, and incredibly helpful. She even was able to nearly match a better offer I had from another dealer for the same truck, and I walked out with a nicer truck than offered before. She answered every question I had (and I had A LOT) with a straightforward, to-the-point answer. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Jen and I hope to do business with her in the future. Service Brought my F150 in for a tire rotation and oil change. I found that the service was very affordable! While I was there I was told there was an open Brought my F150 in for a tire rotation and oil change. I found that the service was very affordable! While I was there I was told there was an open recall. I was told the parts for the recall were in and I was asked if I would like that taken care of as well. It was completed while I waited. The whole experience took only about two hours, and I didn't have to go back to get the recall taken care of! Very pleased and impressed. More
