Very Unprofessional/Liars and Cheats I brought my car in because of an engine issue and I was told that the car needed a new engine and it would not be covered under warranty. The reason I brought my car in because of an engine issue and I was told that the car needed a new engine and it would not be covered under warranty. The reason why it would not be covered is because the vehicle has aftermarket performance parts that the dealer had installed themselves. They gladly took my money to install the items but are now not supporting their own work. Tasca never even proved that the performance parts were the cause of the problem but decided to void my cars warranty behind my back. No written notification! Not even verbally explaining what they did to me. Tasca did not even allow me to get a second opinion from another dealer who would probably have had it covered under factory warranty. Nope! They just stab you in the back. Avoid this dealership like cancer!!!! More

Our new Escape from Gerry! My girlfriend and I went in to buy an Escape but had absolutely no clue if we wanted to buy new/used or lease. Gerry went through all the options with us and was not pushy whatsoever! No matter how many times we changed our minds it didn’t bother him.
