Alex and Tony were of great help, but to be fair everyone at the dealership that I worked with for my purchase was very informative and cooperative making my purchase easier to cope with. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Actually, I was only there for an oil change but went to the regular service area by mistake. Drove 7 hours from northern N.Y. near Canada to find the best truck that can be bought. We locked in a trade value for mine before making the trip and left room for more money to be given for my trade after best truck that can be bought. From walking into the show room to walking out with my new truck, it was a great experience.
