Great experience dealing with recall. I brought my truck in for a service recall on a Tuesday morning. I was taken promptly at my appointment time and was able to get my truck in quickly. I notified Paul that I was dropping my truck off and would be back after a funeral to pick it up. He had noted that they would call when the truck was finished, but once he heard that I would be at a funeral, he offered to text me instead to avoid any type of distraction at the funeral. Though it was a small little thing, it was greatly appreciated that he respected the situation and did what he could to avoid any type of distraction. More

Pretty Good Check in took a while but seemed like they were short staffed and it was lunch time. George was the only advisor working but when I got there another Check in took a while but seemed like they were short staffed and it was lunch time. Everyone deserves lunch but when the person is standing behind the counter munching on his Doritos and talking to customers that’s kind of a turn off.
