Poor customer service, unprofessional I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta and traded in my Honda Civic. Everything was fine until the dealership contacted me 3 weeks later to inform me I never I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta and traded in my Honda Civic. Everything was fine until the dealership contacted me 3 weeks later to inform me I never signed the bank check for my car and told me someone could drive it to my house for me to sign. The next day I was told that they couldn’t find anyone and I had to come down, I live an hour a way and work even further away so driving down there was not something I wanted to do, also I had been back the week prior for a sticker and registration, so I could’ve signed it then. When I contacted management to tell them how unhappy I was I was threatened that they would “come get the car”.! I don’t know what dealership would think this was professional behavior! After arguing with the sales manager over the phone, he finally agreed to have someone drive the check to my house. I would not recommend this dealership, they are awful and have low values and no customer appreciation or respect. I can only hope there are no more fun surprises for me in store. More
