I went to Tasca Ford looking for a used truck to use within my construction company. I am very particular and ask a lot of questions... my sales guy Jeff answered all my questions thoroughly and patient within my construction company. When I made my purchase, James said they he would hold my down payment check till I got a large check in. Not only did they not hold it, they ran to the bank to cash it as it hit my bank the very next day- o down payment check till I got a large check in. Not only did they not hold it, they ran to the bank to cash it as it hit my bank the very next day- overdrawing my account. although they did cover overdraft charges, they did NOT cover my overdrawn account balance and to date, my account is OVERDRAWN by $1191.00 and still incurring overdraft charges. Not only that but I'm even being told that "that was not said", meaning holding my check, however I had a witness with me in Ben's office when James came in and said it. They also never went over my car with me when I took delivery of it. not only would I NOT recommend this dealer, I will NEVER deal with them again. More

I decided to check out Tasca, I figured they had a big inventory to choose from. I struck gold in the salesperson I worked with, Jeff Barske. Good guy, great attitude, super knowledgeable. I was a first time truck buyer, and he simply talked me through all of the details. He took his time, I was never rushed. I felt he led me to the perfect truck for me. He even took the time to meet me at their Cranston site to go through the inventory there as well. And the price I paid was a great value. I also had a bad rust spot in the back of the truck, noticing it a week after I bought the truck. Jeff worked with the Tasca team to get me a very durable bedliner free of charge. I usually don't stick with one dealership or salesperson. But I can say I expect to be a repeat customer. Thanks Jeff!! More
