I set up an appointment for 9:30 to the Rav 4, and when I got there, the salesman said it was in the body shop... He waited 10-15 min and then went to check on it and came back and said it wasn't in the body got there, the salesman said it was in the body shop... I drove 45 minutes to get there, so I drove around the area and looked at other cars. I went back and test-drove the car, but it wasn't what I expected.
