I drive a 2005 Taurus wagon, which I happen to like very much cuz I prefer wagons to SUV's. So I try to maintain this old beast. Tasca has always been exceptionally courteous, supportive, and fair. I dropped off my car and was waiting for a part for 7 months. I went in to see if I could get out of that car and into another with the same across the board. I understand things are tougher to get and taking longer than normal but they can’t tell me a certain wait time and it not be in even weeks after then. Last time I even had to contact them multiple times and suddenly they found the accessory. I understand sales are different but stop being fake and just be up front. More
