If I could give 0 stars I would.  This dealer does bait and switch.  BUYER BEWARE!   We wanted to purchase a Ford Mach E.  Called around and they had the options we wanted.  Spoke to Steve Elias, Senior Sa and switch.  BUYER BEWARE!   We wanted to purchase a Ford Mach E.  Called around and they had the options we wanted.  Spoke to Steve Elias, Senior Sales Manager and confirmed the price, rebates which required Ford Financing (not lease or baloon payment) requirements everything.  TWICE!  When my wife went there to literally sign the paperwork, he introduced her to Rob, the Finance Manager.  He proceeded to say that the rebate was only for the baloon payment option which essentially increases the cost by many thousands.  She rightly walked out!  She drove 2 HOURS one way to meet them due to traffic.  Clearly an ABSOLUTE WASTE of time and NOT a reputable team of Steve and Rob but also Tasca Ford at Seekonk for doing the BAIT and SWITCH.  More
