THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS LESS DAUNTING THAN I EXPECTED. WE WERE FIRST ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN BOTH PRICE AND PRAYMENTS. LOU MASELLO, OUR SALES ASSOCIATE, THEN GUIDED US THROUGH AN INVENTORY OF WE WERE FIRST ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN BOTH PRICE AND PRAYMENTS. LOU MASELLO, OUR SALES ASSOCIATE, THEN GUIDED US THROUGH AN INVENTORY OF VEHICLES THAT FIT THOSE CRITERIA. I WAS SURPRISED BY HIS KNOWELDGE OF EACH CAR WE CONSIERED. HE WAS ALWAYS READY TO OBTAIN A KEY SO THAT WE MIGHT GET A FIT WITHIN THE VEHICLE, AND TOOK AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEEDED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR CAR, HE WAS PARTICULARLY CAREFUL THAT WE KNOW THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THUS, I FELT QUITE COMFORTABLE WHEN I BEGAN TO DRIVE THE EDGE. It was great dealing with Hector. Although it took 11 weeks to get delivery,no fault of Tasca, I am greatly pleased with my new F250. It was everything I hoped for and more. I gave this rating because Tony Parente and Don Mailloux have made me completely satisfied with everything throughout the years with our cars. EVERY SINGLE time I call or visit Tasca, Tony and Don are ALWA have made me completely satisfied with everything throughout the years with our cars. EVERY SINGLE time I call or visit Tasca, Tony and Don are ALWAYS willing to do everything they can to help me with our car(s). My family and I have been purchasing cars from Tasca for 15 years. We never feel like "just another customer". Tony has always made us feel like "family" and he has passed on that wonderful quality to Don!!! Please make sure to thank them beyond words for me because, truly as long as they are with Tasca, we will be too!!! More
Purchased new CX-7, had to go into shop 5 times in one month for radio. Still not resolved but I gave up. Also sticker price on vehicle was not actual price, when I was in finance room the price went up month for radio. Still not resolved but I gave up. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. When I called to complain about the service and the price to one of the Tasca family members nothing was done. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he side called to complain about the service and the price to one of the Tasca family members nothing was done. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he sided with the sales manager. He protected his employee over a customer. I have owned and leased Ford Vehicles for 10 years, never had a problem. I no longer own a Ford thanks to Tasca. I am completely happy and satisfied with my new 2011 Nissan. Customer Service I received at Nissan was excellent. They explained everything about the vehicle and financing. They showed me the sticker price and how the lease payment was calculated, sales manager at Tasca just quoted me a lease payment, without showing me the sticker price or any of the rebates I was entitled to being a returning ford customer. How do you quote a lease payment without showing the customer the sticker price of the vehicle? Why would a sales manager sit down with the customer without all the paperwork regarding the vehicle? Why would the sales manager negotiate a car deal and not the sales person you have dealt with from day one? That was one of several issues I ran into when trying to lease a vehicle at Tasca. When these problems were brought to the attention of one of the family members of Tasca, I was quoted a lease payment a dollar less than the sales manager gave me, again I was NEVER shown the price of the vehicle or any of the rebates I was entitled to. More
