He was very friendly and did not try to force me to buy a car, but rather he just wanted to give me the best deal possible which I apprec dealership. I recently moved to Stamford and was wishing that I could find the same quality service that I had in New York at my Hyundai dealer. Well not only did I find it, but it has exceeded my expectations. Both Vince Pampena and David Corpolongo have helped me service my Sonata various times now - and let me tell you I have never been disappointed. Everything is taken care for me; from the initial call to the service dept., to the appointment , the courtesy car, EVERYTHING. I know I drive them both nuts with questions, but they know me already and they always provide me with a thorough explanation of the repairs that will be made to my car. Terrific. First of all, the Hyundai Sonata is amazing. You can't believe the app that it comes with (lock car doors, track car, slow down engine for stolen car). Ann could not have been nicer. Friendly and not pushy. I was so ready to do battle with these people (like at other dealerships)...but there just is no need. They gave me a great quote and I came in...that was the price! No haggle, no hassle. Woody is a great guy. Short interaction with him, but you can see that he runs a great dealership. Paul was no-nonsense too. He even gave me my credit score and told me some good stories about the car biz. And if all that isn't enough, there is a Dinosaur BBQ right around the corner. Yum.
