Unscheduled Service Call I had a situation where I sustained damage to my right front tire, which required a new tire and repairs to the rim. It is no fun driving on I-95 at 50 MPH with a "doughnut" spare! When I finally arrived at TASCA, I went to the Service area, but they directed me to the Express Service area. Within in 30 minutes the car was checked out, a repair and placement plan made and approved a I then was able to get a 'loaner" car. My vehicle was repaired, washed and ready for me the following day. Completely OUTSTANDING service from start to finish! More

I was greeted by Rod who was ready to help. After talking a bit, I ended up test driving not 1 but 2 vehicles. When I say test drive, it wasn’t just 5 minutes around the block like most dealers. Rod wanted to make sure I knew every aspect of the vehicle and never once did I feel pressured. Keep in mind, I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that night. I usually need a few more trips to the dealer with a few more test drives. With that being said, I ended up putting a deposit on 1 of the vehicles. Because of my work schedule, I wasn’t able to finalize the deal for almost a week. Other dealers I had been to weren’t willing to hold a vehicle more than 48 hours even with a deposit! Thank you Rod for your knowledge and passion for cars…and your patience. I can honestly say Rod is the reason I chose to buy that same night.
