He asked a bunch of question to get a feel for what we were looking for and we narrowed it down to 3 choices. No pressure to make a decision on the spot , came back 2 days later and talked with Lou again and finally bought a Lincoln MKZ. Thanks Lou , I'll we'll be back next time we are looking. More

Worked with me from start to finish! I totaled my 2018 MKZ and I was trying to replace it. I could not find the model and color I wanted after visiting a half dozen dealers. Giuseppe is one of a kind! From the moment of greeting us in the parking lot we felt at ease. He did not pressure us at all frankly he's just a friendly man who wanted to help us to the best of his ability. Giuseppe is so knowledgeable, very accommodating and is truly all about customer care/service. This recent purchase was by far our best experience. We know we can count on Giuseppe to be there in the future if ever needed. We are Tasca Cranston loyal customers and this is our first review. Giuseppe made quite the impression and we will refer our family and friends to share in our experience. Everyone should have the pleasure of meeting and working with Giuseppe! I would like to add one more thing about the Tasca Cranston service. We have shopped around and visited other dealerships but nothing is like Tasca Cranston... we've been greeted by the owners who offer to get us a cup of coffee as we browse their show room not even with a sales associate.
