Throughout my appointment, which lasted longer than usual, I was constantly kept updated as to the status of the update. Everyone was very professional. When I visited sales totally disappointed. I find it sad when I got to sales I got a cup of coffee and it was twenty minutes before anyone asked if they could help me. When I gave my request to the sales manager I was told he had a meeting and he would get back to me,well 500 pm I finally got my information. So sad that internal tasca business is more important than dealing with a customer especially when there were four other sales people in the room. Took all day to get pricing and I never was offered to look at the cars. My time is valuable to me but I find it sad I have to do business in your time frame at Tasca but then again if you all are so busy and independent that you lose a customer every now and then it doesn't matter. More
