Lincoln Repair - Exceptional Service With Just One Problem I worked with Service Advisor Chris Promades. The service was excellent. I went in for a factory recall (2015 MKZ steering column bolt - free) and an oil change ($39.95). I was also having a problem with my battery dying if the car sat undriven for 3-5 days. The battery was bought from Tasca almost exactly one year ago. Bolt was fixed in a day at no charge (of course). Turned out the battery was being drained by a faulty computer module controlling the trunk that would not shut down when the engine was shut off. A software update was installed that should fix it ($3.50). Tasca kept my car overnight and then tested the battery the next morning. They said the fix worked. I've been driving everyday, so I'll just take their word for it. :-) Everyone I encountered at Tasca provided outstanding customer service. They even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. My free loaner car was another MKZ - very nice. My other car, that I'm so tempted to sell because its problems are many, is a 2008 Jaguar Vanden Plas. Jake Kaplan Jaguar in Warwick does not even offer a loaner car; they offer a "shuttle service". And, Woburn Jaguar (now out of business) used to provide loaner Toyota Camrys. So, getting another MKZ was truly satisfying. I highly recommend bringing your Lincoln here. If you don't own one, buy one. And that's from a guy who previously owned four Jaguars in a row and test drove Mercedes, Audi, Cadillac, and BMW before choosing the Lincoln. The only downside to my experience regards the navigation system problem I have. The MKZ suddenly and for no apparent reason stopped being able to recognize the SYNC Nav SD Card. So, I have no navigation system right now. Service said that it happens "quite a lot" and that a new card, version A9, would fix the issue — my card is an A8. However, they didn't have ANY A9 cards around to test that theory. Ordering a new card from Tasca was going to cost about $150 and take a week to arrive. So, instead, I bought one from Amazon for $74 and it'll be here in two days. We'll see if that works. Fingers crossed! More

The leak was found and repaired the oil change was completed, of course when I made the appointment I hadn't heard the knocking noise. The service is always pleasant and knowledgeable, I had the privilege of dealing with ED Nardolillo he called when my car was completed, told me he what was done, what was causing the leak and the car was being cleaned and it would be ready by 4pm. More

Dana was fantastic in setting up the service appointment and identifying the issue with the wiper motor. The experience was smooth and fast. Ed was more than accommodating with getting me a rental vehicle suited to my needs. The process of picking up and dropping off the rental was also smooth and fast. I did not have to wait any length of time for either service or rental. I would certainly recommend Tasca to anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle. More

We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston. More
