After looking a short while we spotted a beautiful Lincoln MKZ that i fell in love with.. Going inside to talk we found Lou to be very friendly, helpful and felt he was on out side. With little negotiations he gave us a very fair price for our older suv and i was on my way in my newer Lincoln. I would recommend Lou Colon to any of my friends and would not hesitate to deal with him again. More

He was knowledgeable and unlike the usual many trips back and forth to the manager, we met with Steve Lawrence, the Giuseppe Moretta felt like family. He was knowledgeable and unlike the usual many trips back and forth to the manager, we met with Steve Lawrence, the manager, just once. He suggested a Veteran's discount that we didn't know about, saving us another $750. While financial papers were being drawn up, Giuseppe treated us to lunch in their excellent cafeteria. I had a 2015 Lincoln MKX and wanted something smaller. The 2019 MKC is my favorite car of all time! When I had a problem (my fault), Steve patiently Face Timed me to look at everything I was doing, and Giuseppe drove an hour to help me resolve the issue. Outstanding service.
