SERVICE WITH A SMILE! Took my 2015 LINCOLN MKC for the first oil change service appointment this week. Didn't have an appointment so went with the 'FAST TRACK' experience. Took my 2015 LINCOLN MKC for the first oil change service appointment this week. Didn't have an appointment so went with the 'FAST TRACK' experience. The person at the intake desk was friendly & patient. He explained the 3 different choices I had for service & wasn't at all exasperated that I couldn't remember the mileage or when I had bought the car! I sat in the new TASCACAFE & read a book that was there. (Do something about the coffee - it was horrible!) The waiting time was 2 hours, which wasn't bad considering I went in without making an appointment. I shall continue to use TASCA for all my service needs. Showrooms are immaculate, as are the amenities - important for first impressions. Everyone I spoke to was helpful & professional. Well done - you're getting it all right! More

The luxury was not only in the car I bought but also the way I was treated by Walter and the staff at Tasca. Walter was most informative in explaining all the "bells and whistles" of my new car. He was also most patient as we tested drove a couple of vehicles.
