During vacation my sunroof popped open, tried to close but switches had no reaction after multiple attempts. Made an appointment with the dealer and tried one last time in the parking lot, no luck. Later in the day got a call from service stating they could find no problem roof worked normally. Service tech suggested they keep overnight as they never seen this problem in the past. Next morning got a call, roof popped open on its own and couldn't close. Turns out the motor was bad, they replaced and all is good. More
