Welcoming Reception I went to Tasca to only look at cars. I was open to purchasing a car if I felt not only excited about the car but also comfortable with the sales per I went to Tasca to only look at cars. I was open to purchasing a car if I felt not only excited about the car but also comfortable with the sales person. When I entered the dealership, I met Giuseppe, who immediately was very helpful, first with finding my daughter a place to park and next with reviewing with me potential cars that fit my wants. The whole process dealing with Giuseppe was enjoyable. I would say that the only thing that I was unhappy about is that there were not two keys made available to me when I went to pick up the care that I eventually purchased, and when I went back to get the second key, I still was unable to pick it up. That was an annoyance but my overall experience with Giuseppe was very good and satisfactory. More

Great customer service at Tasca Lincoln! My Lincoln MKX was due for service but I live about 45 minutes from Tasca Lincoln so it’s difficult for me to get my vehicle there for service. I contacted my sales rep, Giuseppe, by email and he called me almost immediately and arranged to come and pick up my vehicle for service. He came up on his day off and brought it back as soon as it was done! Meanwhile, Eric Defalco in service dept made sure that he got everything done to my satisfaction and arranged for payment over the phone.
