I am very appreciative for all her conversations and excellent communication skills. Chris, my car advisor was in contact with me regarding the service that was needed. He was very porfessional. Now I need to write about a very unique salesman in the Lincoln department. When I purchased my car, I was informed that it was part of the Valet service for pick up. 6 months has passed and when I called to schedule my first service, I was informed that I was out of the range for valet service. I live 38 miles from the dealership. I am 63 years old and a native of Newport, living in Portsmouth . I don't drive on the highway. When we left the dealership 6 months ago, my husband drove the car home because the distance was out of my comfort zone. Being denied Valet service, I didn't know what to do. I knew that I needed to stay with a Lincoln Certified dealer but was not able to get the car there on my own. The young man, Michael Hurling who was my salesman for Lincoln, arranged to be the person who would pick up my car and bring it back to the dealership for service. How amazing is that! I have nothing but the utmost respect for him and his professionalism. He could have told me, it was an error and I was on my own. But he didn't. He stayed TRUE to his word. This is my dealership and Michael Hurling will ALWAYS BE MY GO TO PERSON when purchasing a car. Tasca Ford , you are lucky to have Michael Hurling as an employee. What an amazing, reputable young man. More
