Usually when a women goes into a dealership, they always direct the information and conversation to my husband. I was buying the car for my business purposes. As soon as he heard that the car was for me, he mad sure that I had all the information I needed, to make an educated buying decision. He gave me a full tour of the dealership and also introduced me to one of the owners. I was very impressed. At no time did he talk down to me. He was never pushy. He also called me on his day off to make arrangements for me to pick up my new car. He asked Paul to review the details with me and Paul was also excellent.
